Donate Property Outright
Give the gift of land or real estate directly to the Moab Area Community Land Trust.

Properties that are eligible for development will be contracted out through a Request for Proposal (RFP) to expand the affordable housing stock in the Moab area. The Board will select the development team that will best create safe, affordable, sustainable housing for the community.
Donate Your Home
Did you know that you can gift your home to MACLT and continue to live in it? By donating your home, you are helping preserve affordable housing in the Moab community and are eligible for a charitable tax exemption. You have the ability to stay in your home until you are ready to move out, and you can rest assured that your home will be sold to a local family at an affordable price.
